We are four friends who had the same frustration — commerce is everywhere, but nobody explains it simply. Not your textbooks. Not the news. Not even most classrooms. So we built Only Commerce Insights. A space where students, professionals and curious minds can understand how businesses work, how markets move, and why the world makes the decisions it does. No jargon. No complexity. Just clarity.

I started Only Commerce Insights because I kept seeing the same problem — commerce is everywhere but nobody explains it simply. Not textbooks. Not the news. Not even most classrooms.
I cover business strategy, business models, real world frameworks and the trends reshaping industries before most people notice them.
Outside of OCI — I'm currently pursuing my MBA in Human Resource Management at IIM Amritsar, and building by.yashwant, a content brand on business and campus life.

I am the numbers person on the team. With a specialised degree in accounting and finance — I take the most technical topics on this platform and make them actually make sense.
I cover accounting, finance and AI in commerce. From how financial statements work to how artificial intelligence is quietly transforming the way businesses operate today.

I am currently pursuing my Master's in Professional Accounting and Finance in Queensland, Australia — which means I bring both academic rigour and an international perspective to everything I write.
I cover investor basics, investor psychology and technical and fundamental analysis. My goal is simple — to help you understand not just how markets work, but how to think clearly and rationally when money is on the line.
